Pastor Jim serves as the Associate Pastor of Subic Bay Community of Faith. He earned his Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from the International Graduate School of Leadership and is joyfully married to his wife, Shiela.
A part of the SBCF family since 2012, Pastor Jim first served in the worship ministry before joining the church’s full-time staff as Youth Pastor in 2020. Today, he leads the Pastoral Care Ministry, oversees the church’s prayer gatherings, and helps shepherd the SBCF Old Cabalan church plant through preaching, discipleship, and pastoral care.
His passion is to see people come to know Christ, grow as His disciples, and become faithful disciple-makers who impact others for God’s glory.
Rev. Maurice Adam G. Rivera is an ordained minister and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Subic Bay Community of Faith. He earned his Bachelor of Theology from Faith Bible College and pursued graduate studies in Pastoral Leadership through the Master of Arts program of Greenhill Christian Fellowship, in partnership with Alliance Graduate School.
As a church planter, he is committed to expository preaching, evangelism, and the multiplication of healthy, disciple-making churches. He is passionate about mobilizing and equipping the Body of Christ, particularly by raising and developing disciple-makers and spiritual leaders who can faithfully lead and serve others.
Amielle serves as SBCF’s Missions Coordinator and Youth Director. Her journey with SBCF began in 2014, and after serving as a volunteer beginning in 2018, she joined the church’s full-time staff in 2025.
She coordinates the church’s missions ministry, serves on the core team leading the Old Cabalan church planting initiative, and oversees the youth ministry. Amielle is passionate about equipping and discipling people to live out God’s mission within the church and beyond.
Volts serves as SBCF’s Creative and Multimedia Head and leads Dashboard, the church’s AVL, Tech, and Production team that supports its worship services and creative ministries.
His journey with SBCF began in 2012 through Youth Wired. After serving in youth leadership and volunteering in the church’s Tech and Media ministry for seven years, he joined the full-time staff in 2020 to lead SBCF’s creative and digital initiatives.
Beyond his creative role, Volts co-leads the Rooted Young Adults Ministry with his wife, Cyg Santos. He is passionate about using creativity and technology to serve the church while helping young adults grow as disciples of Christ and live in authentic biblical community.
Ian serves as the Administrative Associate at SBCF. His journey with the church began in 2012 when he came to know the Lord Jesus Christ through the Youth Wired Ministry. Through SBCF, he was awarded a scholarship by the Luis Pantoja Foundation, enabling him to complete his college degree in 2017.
Immediately after graduating, Ian joined SBCF as a full-time staff member. He oversees the church’s day-to-day administrative operations while also managing its facilities and maintenance.
Beyond his staff responsibilities, Ian is actively involved in various ministries. He plays bass for the worship team, co-leads the Couples Ministry alongside his wife, and co-leads one of the men’s Intentional Discipleship Groups (IDGs).
Cyg serves as SBCF’s Accounting Officer and leads the Rooted Young Adults Ministry alongside her husband, John Volter Santos. She has been part of the SBCF family since 2013, beginning as a volunteer in the Worship Team, where God cultivated in her a heart for leading others into His presence. She later served in the Youth Ministry for three years, further growing her passion for discipling the next generation.
Today, Cyg and Volts are passionate about helping young adults become deeply rooted in God’s Word, mature as disciples of Christ, and flourish in authentic biblical community. Alongside her ministry, she faithfully serves in the church office, supporting the day-to-day operations that help advance the life and mission of the church.
Mara serves as SBCF’s Events and Marketing Coordinator. Her journey with SBCF began in 2013 through the Youth Wired Ministry. After spending nearly three years working abroad from 2016 to 2018, God called her back to the Philippines, where she later joined the church’s full-time staff.
Today, she leads and coordinates church events and communications that support the life and mission of SBCF. She also serves as the ministry head of Kids Hub, SBCF’s Sunday School ministry, where she equips and mentors volunteer teachers, and helps create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their knowledge and love for Jesus.
Alongside her husband, Ian Santos, she also serves as a core leader in the Couples Ministry, helping strengthen marriages and encourage couples to grow together in Christ.
